This valley is a relative nook in the spectacular Nevis Range, seen from the edge of Aonach Mor. Typically, this is the upper range of the winter ski resort and is reached by a cable car sky lift system. In the summer, though, it’s an opportunity for a bracing walk in the Scottish mountains and the potential for a peak at Ben Nevis. I love the shadows created in this valley, it almost speaks to the inherent danger associated with this landscape. Scotland, 2019.
