A beautifully carved Christmas Creche by George Wood was completed in 1991. It has been a treasure for our family ever since. For the last couple of years of mom and dad's life it was displayed at the William Street United Methodist Church at Christmas time. We kids would anxiously await its return (unharmed) at the end of each season. That was so typical of mom and dad. They shared whatever they had and had faith their gifts would be loved and cared for. Because of that, they had many wonderful friends and impacted many lives. What good is a gift if it is not shared?

And so, it brings me joy to share dad's gifts and talents with you all here on FAA. . . really wish I would have thought to have done it sooner so he could enjoy hearing from those of you who leave such kind comments. . . I like to think he does hear and is smiling!
