Description
McClellanville is a place people pass by. Either on the way to the old splendor of Charleston or the madhouse of Myrtle Beach with its thousand attractions. Nestled back off the highway and hidden amongst old live oak trees is a small village struggling to survive. Much is gone, much has been left for greener pastures but a small and hardy flotilla of shrimpers and trawlers remain to eke out a growingly meager existence under hard circumstances. My hat‘s off to them.
