Description

This heart design was found at an antique mall and I couldn't resist capturing it. It was painted on the side of an old chest. Perhaps the chest was a gift for a loved one or the heart and flowers with the word Love was just an embellishment. Whichever, it was a nice addition. This would make a nice greeting card for someone special for many occasions, such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, birthdays, anniversaries, or just to say I love you.

In this version, I have added text inside the heart, "Please Be Mine," for a greeting card perfect for any occasion to tell someone you care. My greeting cards are 5" x 7" (folded) and include white-envelopes for mailing and/or gift giving. Each card is printed on 100-pound paper stock with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. Inside has a matte white finish and can be customized with your personal message up to 500 characters.

I am an exhibiting artist in southwest Florida and my art has been exhibited in galleries in Florida, Georgia and North Carolina and is in collections nationwide. I create abstract photography, mixed media photo painting, acrylic mixed media, and acrylic paintings. Many would make great decorative throw pillows or shower curtains.
