Description
This is one of three demo pieces I created for Blick (Dearborn, MI)... the request was to show how I use water media and the new Winsor Newton Pigment markers in mixed media fashion. Although this particular painting stated out with the pigment markers as a base, I quickly switched over to acrylic and watercolor crayons to finish the piece. I found I liked using those new Winsor Newton Markers on hard surfaces like claybord, aquabord, and birch panels (which I'm also uploading today).
