Kali is a Hindu goddess often depicted with 6-8 arms. She is described as one of the ten Mahavidyas, Sakta and Buddhist goddesses. Although sometimes portrayed as the Destroyer, she is more commonly thought of as a divine protector, the Divine Mother, or even the Mother of the Universe. She battles demons in furious fashion. This conceptual fractal abstract reveals Kali opening the curtain of darkness that frees the sunlight of dawn. Look carefully...the multiple arms (and attached hands) are grasping the curtain in a mirrored fashion.
