Photographic artwork by Cindy Treger. Photographed near Lake Meade, East Berlin, PA. This juvenile Ruby-throated Hummingbird (Archilochus colubris) looked like it was flying to fast to get stopped and had to use its tail feathers to help slow it down.
I authored and included many of my hummingbird photos in a book titled "Ruby-throated Hummingbird Facts and Photos." It has many hummingbird facts that are sure to fascinate you. It is available through Amazon.
