When I arrived in Alaska, I was overwhelmed with the magnitude of the mountain/mountain ranges. I realized quickly, that it was difficult to do the area justice through photography. So, I started looking for things within my range that could give the viewer of the image, a better idea of how enormous these mountains are. In this photograph, you will find, on the top of the first (green) ridge, in the middle of the lowest point, there is a camp. It just amazed me - how tiny this cabin looks in the midst of this huge mountain range.

This photograph was taken from the Root Glacier in Kennicott, Alaska. This area is surrounded with the gorgeous Wrangell Mountain Range.
