The City of Rosenberg recently had their Historic Downtown Quarter receive The Texas Commission on the Arts designation as a Cultural Arts District. If you have not shopped in Historic Rosenberg, then you are missing out. When you are done with your shopping, make sure that you stop by "Another Time" which has an old school Soda Fountain. You will feel like you just stepped back in time when you see the Soda Jerk made your drink. They squeeze lemonade too, but don't miss out on trying one of their Phosphates. Of course, you will need to bring a friend if you are planning to end your meal with a Banana Split or Hot Fudge Sundae, those things are ginormous!
