Olympus, the mountain of the gods and legends of Greece ... A few months ago I managed to make my first solo winter ascent of mountain Voutsikaki where it is in my village Petrilo. when I arrived it was almost night and I could not see alot of things. So I dug a hole in the snow and I spent the night there, under the stars, above the world .. At dawn the sky was clear and allowed me to see something that I had not seen before, morning sweet light to illuminate the highest peaks of Olympus. My breath stopped for a while ... I remembered the summer where I had slept there at night, on top...I miss this mountains and it's magic...
