Description
For me a piece isn't finished until I have a name for it and my purely abstract pieces are always the hardest to name. I suppose some artists can have 'Untitled' as a title but I have a hard time with that. If you've studied my work you'll notice I'm really into shapes. I appreciate Kandinski's later work because they make me feel like there is a place for me in the art world. In this piece I toss about colorful shapes and lines, and created a background that reminds me of Mexican blue corn nachos. What does it look like to you? Where is the wizardry, you ask? The wizardry is in how I keep all those 3d-looking pieces up in the air so that don't fall down. Sorry. That's not much of an explanation but it is all I have for you today. Like many of my other pieces, this one started off as a gel ink painting which I then transformed digitally. There is a lot more where this came from. Take a look at my gallery.
