Detail image of a small waterfall and moss covered rocks. Stevensville Brook. Underhill, Vermont.
hiking along Stevensville Brook in Underhill, Vermont is a great way to get into the forest around Mount Mansfield and I always try to shoot from different perspectives. The green Mountains of Vermont are called that for a good reason during the spring and Summer months! The Landscape explodes with greens and here I was looking at more of a detail shot of a smaller falls along the stream. I placed the falls off center and tried to show a bit more of the surrounding area but not so much that it turned into a wide angle image. There was a lot of pattern and texture going on here and I composed to show some of it!
