I am a big fan of nature, but recently I found fans that are way bigger than me! These palm trees tower overhead in the wonderland we enjoy in Columbus, Ohio called the Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens. This was taken on September 11, 2019 . . . a perfect place to spend such a day. These huge palms form a magical umbrella over the walkways where tropical butterflies flutter all around, Koi swim in ponds fed by splashing waterfalls and Chihuli Glass globes float and sculptures hang like fine jewelry. It is definitely on of my favorite places to be!

I am happy to say that this image won First place in the October 2019 judged competition at the Westbridge Camera Club of Central Ohio. This was entered in the Gray division. Westbridge Camera Club was founded in April 1949, and is central Ohio's oldest and largest photography club.
