FALL GRAZING
#98 October 13, 2016
Seems a long time since I did an Alla Prima landscape. Driving over Highway 41 to Butte there are some baron rolling hills and the morning sky is usually quite dramatic. Today was no exception. It�s been 6 days since I even touched a paint brush (not counting interior house painting of walls) so I lost a little confidence. Again, the difficult thing in painting is getting started and knowing when to stop. I have to stop much sooner than my perfectionist brain wants me too. It�s a good challenge to quit when you see many ways to improve. 16 x 20 Oil on Stretched wrapped canvas. Ready to hang as is or frame.
