Saw this on side of road in front of someone's house. Shot in August. Maybe old Halloween decoration from last year? Evil-Merodach was the name of Nebuchadnezzar's son who succeeded him. Actually, maybe he was somewhat of a nice fellow. He showed mercy to the captured King of Judah - Jehoiachin - who had been imprisoned for 37 years ever since the Jews were exiled to Babylon.
