I loved seeing these fishermen heading out on their boat to tend to their salmon farm just inside Loch Portree. These men work for the Scottish Salmon Company. It seems that since I took this photo, the Scottish Salmon Company has been bought out by The Bakkafrost Group. I sincerely hope that these gentlemen are still tending to their Scottish Salmon. Loving their camaraderie in the wee early morning. They are dressed for the season with heavy foul weather gear and safety vests to keep them above the water if the worst should happen. I am sure there is some friendly banter going on, while smoking their morning cigarettes. What a fine looking group of Scottish Salmon farmers. The Pink Guest House is just behind them. Love the pink reflections on the water!
