Description
My most viewed image. It represents a composite image ......selected as picture of the week by Advanced Photoshop and featured in the magazine. Thanks to the models that posed for this image. And the car for being there when I photographed it. The setting is Hood's Canal in Washington State. The clouds, people, car and water are real.....

It is a stunning representation of2sourpusses who think they are so hot and stuck up because they have a beautiful classic car ? It really is a profound statement of American Values but beautifully done !
Jeff Burgess replied:
Interesting interpretation. I would have said something different. Thanks for the comment.

a Superb Composition Art Photograph Jeff Burgess I love it !
Jeff Burgess replied:
Normally, I don't like models to look directly at me, but the attitude of these two was so displayed I had to use it in one of my manipulations. Thanks.

Jeff Burgess replied:
A comment.....hummm, well, the image is meant to be provocative. And in this historical time when so much hate exists between "groups" based on everything under the son, it is important to remember that we are, here in America and across the world, all basically human beings with the same hopes, dreams, and needs. As I used to tell my patients in Hawaii who were from every ethnic group....we all bleed the same color. So this work is a message of hope for, I suppose, all the haters out there.

Beautiful presentation. Those clouds are amazing and they are real!
Jeff Burgess replied:
Yes, they are Tina.....as is everything else in this work. Thanks for the comment.

Jeff you are a thinking man’s photographer . The red white and blue of this iconic image makes it an American Classic . A Desoto car without a license plate and a blue and white cloudy sky with the flat plains behind conjures up the late 1950s . Masterpiece !
Jeff Burgess replied:
Thanks for the look and wonderful analysis in your comment, Susan. I had not even considered the "red, white, and blue" aspect of the work, but you are right. It does make it "iconic" and an "American Classic".
