Description
While scouting locations to take fireworks pictures at Liberty State Park in Jersey City, New Jersey, I came upon these three women standing on the railing gazing across the Hudson River to lower Manhattan. I was not sure if they were Indian, Muslim, African or what but what I was sure of was their clothing was beautiful, vivid, and vibrant and it was a perfect picture. Serendipity if you will.
