Description
The Bromo Mood Series, created by photographer Stephen Stookey, features Baltimore's iconic Bromo Seltzer Tower. Images in the series are crafted to be displayed individually or grouped to capture the varied moods of the Charm City.
The Bromo Seltzer Arts Tower is an iconic feature of the Baltimore Skyline. Built in 1911 by Captain Isaac Emerson, creator of the tower's headache remedy namesake, the Bromo Seltzer Tower was the Charm City's tallest building. The Palazzo Vecchio in Florence, Italy, provided the inspiration for the tower. Today, the 15-story Emerson Bromo Seltzer Arts Tower offers state-of-the-art studio space to visual and literary artists.
The orange and purple highlights offer celebratory nod to the city's major sports franchises--the Orioles and the Ravens.
