Description
It was recently suggested on the social media site Twitter that I had been painting floral subjects for so long that I had forgotten how to paint everything else. Since the challenge was issued, I decided I would paint one of my favorite subjects....the Chuck Taylor Converse All-Star Sneakers. I titled this piece "Bouquet of Roses" but I might be the only one who would find humor in it! Does this still count as being part of my current floral series due to the title? The original painting is 14"x10" in size and is painted with Daniel Smith watercolor paints on Arches 140# cold-pressed paper.
