Description
This is the Bell Buoy located out the mouth of the Newport Beach Habor entrance. The bell buoy marks the harbor’s only entrance is at 33 35.06’N,117 52.69’W. The broad entrance channel is formed by two jetties, marked with lights flashing green (6 sec) on the west jetty, and flashing red (4 sec) on the east jetty. There are Sea Lions on this buoy year round.
