Description
A beautiful, proud rooster stands master of the barnyard with a barn in the background.. Texture applied. I first saw the barn from the road. I knocked at the door and requested permission to walk around the back and photograph it. Little did I know that this rooster and a couple of hens wandered around. I love chickens and was captivated. This rooster seemed to enjoy posing. So I decided to make a composite of the barn and rooster. They belonged together.

Thank you, Jeff! I love chickens, too. Once had a pet pullet, then when Mother killed the lot to eat, I couldn't eat chicken lest it was my pet. :(
