Born and raised in the beautiful state of Oregon, I grew to love the beauty of nature around me.   Both my grandfather and father were painters, so watching that beauty transferred to canvas seemed the natural thing to do.   Being self taught, I have an eclectic taste in both medium and subject matter.   If it invokes joy or tranquility, I may be inspired to put it to canvas, paper, or my tablet.   My peace of mind comes from creativity....I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
