Art has been a part of my life since I was a very small child.   I dreamed of being an artist and took my pad and pencils everywhere with me.   I have no formal training, and gathered most of my experience from a few dedicated art teachers throughout my high school years.   I did take one class under Susan Brooks for color blending and THAT is when the colored pencil technique really began to blossom.   I currently reside in Sylva, North Carolina and love my home studio.   Original works are sometimes displayed in local venues.
