Painting in alcohol ink, watercolor, watercolor pencil, and colored pencil is a newly discovered passion.   I started painting in November 2017, with no formal art training, and quickly became addicted.   I paint for therapy, to make gifts, and simply for the joy of self expression and creating beauty.   Pet portraits are a favorite of mine.   I have a passion for rescue animals, and I donate proceeds of my art to local animal rescues.   I also paint portraits of animals needing to find a forever home, and donate them to the rescues.
