Coming soon... I first started doing photography in the sixth grade when I received a 110 mm film camera for Christmas in 1977. I bought my first slr in the early 1990's and shot film in both color and black and white in 35mm and 6x6 medium format. Around 2010 , I bought my first Canon Rebel DSLR Camera and have mainly shot in digital ever since. I have upgraded to a Canon 5DS full frame camera and have started to shoot with 4x5 and 5x7 large format film cameras too.
I shoot in both color and black and white mainly of landscape and nature.
I feel fortunate to live in western Michigan near Shelby, which is close to scenic areas of Lake Michigan and is in rural Oceana County.which has rural scenery and many forests. Also, I am within easy driving distance of scenic areas such as Silver Lake State Park, Ludington State Park, Nordhouse Dunes Recreation Area, and Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore.
