Landscapes

Landscape photography is one of the most popular types of photography and this is probably because of the availability of beautiful scenery all around the world. And for whatever reason this scenery just begs to be photographed. Landscape photography can be an art in capturing pictures of the outdoors and of nature for the viewer to admire and possibly contemplate about being in the scene of a grand vista of quaking aspens along a country road or floating in a hot air balloon high above a lush valley or river. Landscapes photos can capture the grand vistas of mountain ranges such as the Sierra-Nevada or the Tetons of the Rocky Mountains. Or the landscape photo could be an intimate part of the vista such as a barn on the Mormon Row in the Teton National Park or a chapel in the Yosemite Valley of the Yosemite National Park. Whatever the subject is of my landscape photo I want it to look just like I remembered it when the photo was taken.
