Douglas Carr born and raised in South Africa became a professional photographer in 2003 when he opened his first portrait/wedding studio in Norway.   In 2013 he changed his life upside down by ending his portrait/wedding photographic career which has by then grown to 2 studio's to focus on his passion for wildlife photography and created his photographic safari business African Memory Photo Safaris.   In 2015 he returned to SA to life in the bush and are now working as a field guide when he is not hosting photographic safaris, maximising every opportunity to be in the bush photographing wildlife as it...more
