Dave's photographic journey began when he saw the magic of a photograph emerge from a darkroom print while he was a photographer in high school. Since then he has experimented with his photographic style, which has evolved to a unique perspective on the beauty of the American Southwest. Dave strives to capture the essence of what he felt when the image was taken, from the softness of a sunset to the drama of a desert monsoon storm.
I am excited to announce that for the month of November 2023, I will be exhibiting my artwork at the Gammage Auditorium, on the ASU campus. Gammage is a Frank Lloyd Wright Designed theater that is used for Broadway Shows, Musicals, and Plays. I was juried into the exhibit, and have a prominent display location right at the front entrance to the Theater. Come check my artwork out!
