Photography began for me as a sidelight to travel, but soon became something of an obsession.   Boats, seascapes, architectural detail, and travel photography are especially appealing to me as a photographer, and more recently I have been interested in examining a minimalistic approach to my subject matter.   I live in San Diego, California and while I enjoying photographing the beauty of my home city, I am especially interested in exploring the differences to be found in alternate locations.
