I grew up in the small west Texas town of Big Spring.   A small town has a charm that stays with you, it's been over 20 years, and I still long for my old small-town feel.   The passion not seen in larger towns were the teachers, especially art is what I'll always remember.   I recently started drawing and taking pictures again after my Dad was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer.   He lost his battle at the end of May 2017.   He was preceded in death by my Mom.   My Mom lost her battle almost seven years earlier from lung...more
