Turret Arch is located in what is called “The Windows Section” in Arches National Park near Moab Utah. There is a large concentration of arches in this area and is therefore one of the most popular in the park. Along a short rail known as the Windows Loop Trail you can see Turret Arch as well as the North and South Windows. Turret Arch gets its name from the ‘turret’ on the left side. There are two holes in this formation, one you can walk through (right) and one high up on the rock face. Arches National Park near Moab Utah has over 2,000 natural stone arches, in addition to hundreds of soaring pinnacles, massive fins and giant balanced rocks. It is a red-rock wonderland for sure!
