Description
The towpath was used in the 1800s for towing barges up the Cuyahoga river. It is the only river in the world that flows both north and south. The walkway in the photograph goes all the way from Akron to Cleveland.

Thanks, Joan, I lived in Akron for several years back in the late 60s, early 70s, and go back to visit now and then. The fall colors there are truly excellent.
