This work was inspired by a painting by Ligachevo but itsn't a reproduction per se, as this is far more abstracted, colors are exceedingly different and light is a fair amount higher. It's seldom that I like bold color but in this case I did, even though this was my client's request. I probably would have been far more subdued. :)
