I arrived early to this site on a chili winters’ day. The park had been transformed into a land of mystery and quiet. The sounds of the highway were mutted by the calm beauty of the fog. I had a great photographic morning at the Lagoon Valley Park in Vacaville.
The Pena Adobe & Lagoon Valley Park has 470 acres of hiking and biking trails in the Chaparral's rolling hills. It also has a lagoon, being one of the favorite places to hike, run an and picnic on the way between Sacramento and San Francisco.
