A retro style Beatles poster, commemorating the day music changed forever in the US, and the world. A four member band with lead, rhythm, and bass guitars, backed by drums, with harmonized singing. In Sacramento we had been listening to The Beatles for about a year, on KXOA and KROY because the Disk Jockey, Johnny Hyde had a show called the "Gear Hour" where he featured British acts, but most of us had never really seen them, until Feb 1964. The girls my age already had their favorites, John, Paul whatever, but I was determined NOT TO LIKE THEM. Ed Sullivan's show won me over. NOTE: the cords running from the guitars; no lip-syncing, they played live.
