The Anchorage is an historic building in the Dupont Circle neighborhood of Washington, DC. Built in 1924, the Anchorage has had several famous tenants, including Robert F. Kennedy, Charles Lindbergh and Tallulah Bankhead. The Anchorage was designed by architect Jules Henri de Sibour. It is located at Connecticut Avenue and Q Street, just a short block from the famous Dupont Circle traffic circle and park for which the neighborhood is named. The building is part of the Dupont Circle Historic District.
