There are three man-made lakes in William Byrd Park in Richmond, Virginia. On this autumn afternoon the trees along Swan Lake are showing off their colorful fall foliage. Swan Lake is calm with a mirrored reflections of the fall foliage.
Byrd Park is adjacent to Maymont Park, and both were walking distance in my childhood neighborhood. I have always enjoyed the beauty that these public parks offer.

Otis, This image was a quick shot for me. I wanted to check the fall foliage at the park & caught this nice reflection. BTW hundreds of ducks/swans are still on that island.
