Description

Sunsets in Maine are amazing, but the sunset next to the Bass Harbor Lighthouse is spectacular indeed! My husband and son drove me out to the lighthouse while we were camping on our annual trip to Mount Desert Island. I was not the only photographer there on this monumental occasion. We were all huddled together on one or two rocks, being very careful not to bump into each other.

Great image of Bass Harbor lighthouse Elizabeth. delicate and soft light. great texture on rocks. i once lay down on top of these rocks to shoot straight down to water. Scary. it's a long way down! cheers, georgia
