My piece was influenced by Modigliani's "Portrait of Lunia-Czechowska." Modigliani is one of my favorite artists, too bad he passed away at such a young age. He had a fantastic way of depicting people as he saw them. I love the women especially with their elongated necks and dreamy eyes! Seems he saw the realness of his subjects, showed another version of them in each artwork.
