Neuorographica, is a process based on a psychological method. It was created by the Russian psychologist Pavel Piskarev in 2014. When we draw using the Neurographica algorithms, it helps us engage more neurons.
Neurographic drawing is a meditative process. It bypasses the thinking mind and allows the unconscious to speak.. Scientific studies have shown that creating this form of art actually forms new neural networks in the brain. It is an excellent art therapy for anyone to release stress, anxiety and trauma.
