Six Sisters 3 - Napier, New Zealand

Description
This is part three of a three-part series.
In Napier New Zealand there are six weatherboard houses facing the sea. These buildings have been called "the six sisters" This drawing is of two of the six houses. Maybe there are more to come in this series.
The `Six Sisters` is the name given to these 1890s Victorian houses on Napier`s Marine Parade. Apparently, they were built by an architect who wanted a two-story house for each of his daughters. They are among the few survivors of the 1931 earthquake.
These houses do not look like this in my drawing as a result of the earthquake. They look like this because I do not like drawing straight lines.
The week I was drawing this Napier had torrential rain and a once in 250-year flood causing a huge amount of damage.
Is this becoming more and more common, or is this just my imagination?
