Painting - Watercolor On Arches 140lb Cold Pressed Paper. 11
Description
Watercolor on Arches 140lb cold pressed paper.
This depicts the heart of a Labrador Retriever. They cannot conceive that all food is not for them. This painting was a combination of two separate photographs. One photograph is my dog licking a cone I held for him, and the other photograph was my niece's child licking her cone. I had fun combining the two. This is always a possibility when commissioning a portrait.

Congratulations on your recent sale of an amazing work....“When you want to make the main color pure and bright, don’t just keep adding bright colors on it. Just make the colors around the spot darker and dull. It will give the scene dramatical effects. I think the life is the same.” Hiroko Sakai....
