My anxiety caused me to turn down an initial opportunity and trip to Las Vegas. I said "No," to a free trip to Las Vegas. It's really hard for those who don't suffer from anxiety to understand. For me, it wasn't an instant thought of the opportunity (and free trip). It was my general immediate thought of, "stay in my comfort zone or step out of my comfort zone...Step on the fire, or sit cozy right here.."
The same opportunity presented itself, and "No" could not be an option for me. The trip turned out amazing for me on many different levels.
We create our own comfort zones so the phrase, "That's out of my comfort zone," isn't much of an excuse. Without thinking, just take a step or make a move or motion towards your objective. Close your eyes, if needed. When you open them, you'll immediately be forced to adjust to your surroundings.
Welcome to your new comfort zone.

During our trip we stayed at he beautiful Bellagio on the Las Vegas strip. I love the consistent life throughout the city. I love seeing people live their life without limitations or fear of judgment.
