"Queen of the Garden"
An impressionist digital oil painting of the Japanese Kwanzan cherry tree that blooms every May in my Chester County Pennsylvania garden. I had a cherry tree like this in my backyard when I was a child and it was very dear to me. When we moved to East Nottingham one of the first things I planted was this tree, which was nothing more than a 2 foot long stick it at the time. Now she fills our second story master bedroom window frame-to-frame with her blossoms each spring. Seventeen years after planting her, she has definitely earned her title as "Queen of the Garden."
