This is one of my drawings on black paper using pastel pencils. I have done a few of these and I really enjoy the method of drawing backwards as I call it. You draw and highlights and let the black paper be the dark areas of the subject, such as the stripes on the African Plains Zebra. Thanks so much for looking!
