Description
Off the route 89 in central Utah there is a small community of Spring City. It is a Mormon community that pulls you in with the small town feeling, the housing and one very special restaurant. it serves breakfast and lunch and worth the diversion. It is hard to understand the drive the pioneers displayed through the homes they built for their families. Beautiful construction.
