Description
The photograph that is used as the base of this piece came about quite uniquely. While laying on my couch one lazy day, I looked up at the mirror across from me. The angle of the wall and ceiling coming together on the opposite side of the room looked like a long stretch of beach fading into a small area of water with the sky above. A simple overlay was added, but the sand in this piece is literally my wall, and the sky is the ceiling. The piece is slightly stylized to give it additional texture and an artistic touch.
