Title
Nyhavn Canal Of Copenhagen
Artist
Kim Lessel
Medium
Photograph - Digital
Description
Legendary Nyhavn (New Harbor) used to be the place for bad girls, where jolly sailors could get drunk and have a tattoo. Town of Copenhagen.
Today it's a canal filled with old wooden ships, a street of restaurants and cafes where the people of Copenhagen and tourists can find leisure. Very cosy and still lively. On the right side you can see an old lightship.
You will also find a memorial plate on the house where the world famous Danish poet Hans Christian Andersen used to live in Copenhagen.
