This NASCAR race at Texas Motor Speedway was plagued by rain delays all day. So much so that we were racing well into the night. So, for everyone there from race fans to NASCAR pit crew it had been a very long day. As the night and race finally wore on I felt the need to capture an image of the guys who don't get any of the glory, press or publicity and, work very hard at what they do. All the pit crews were tired and trying to rest and decompress however they could knowing they still had hours of work ahead of them. I felt this image of Mr. Stamper resting on the pit wall as the NASCAR pack roared captured the moment and the emotion I was trying to capture.
